The Director of Marketing Services leads the Kettler’s digital marketing services team and is responsible for executing the company’s integrated online strategy with wider company marketing plans. S/he drives all digital marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. The Director leads and directs through highly innovative, bold next generation practices, via a strong customercentric platform.

  • Manage and oversee the department’s menu of digital services. Regularly evaluates and measures service performance, in maintaining relevant and engaging digital services and resources.

  • Leads and supervises digital marketing services team.

  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. websites, SEO, etc.) and ensure strategic consistency.

  • Set operational strategy and goals, in conjunction with Chief Marketing Officer’s platform initiatives.

  • Develops and executes integrated online strategy.

  • Forecasts performance trends and act proactively to increase Kettler’s market segment.

  • Create and measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget.

  • Track conversion rates on digital channels and develop solutions leading to enhanced conversion performance and consumer experience.

  • Liaise with intra-departmental leaders to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.

  • Keep abreast of the market for new technologies that will optimize digital marketing performance and enhance the competitive positioning of Kettler’s digital marketing services.

  • Serve as chief architect of Kettler’s long-term digital marketing roadmap.

  • Maintain competitive digital intelligence and construct consumer roadmap around multi-touch attribution trends and strategies.

  • Position insight based integrated digital strategies around consumercentric psychographics, personas and tapestry profiles.

  • Reviews online statistics, changes to the marketplace and identifies best practices to optimize online marketing performance or changes plans accordingly.

  • Direct PPC, SEO and other digital media experiences to support lead generation for properties.

  • Improve the usability, design, content of Kettler’s corporate and property websites, as well as ensure the alignment of performance benchmarks with third-party providers.

  • Identify new digital media partners (vendors) and manage their service efforts, in maintaining the integrity of Kettler’s digital strategy and roadmap.

  • Evaluate consumer research and market conditions for strategy enhancements.

  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.​

  • Ensures client customercentric engagement throughout operations touchpoints.

  • Perform client consultations and visits, in assessing custom digital performance plans, as well as reporting needs.

  • Lead media performance service, in positioning insight opportunities on advertising, digital, social and other related channels.

Education and/or Experience

  • College degree and 7-10 years digital marketing experience.

  • 4 years of supervisory experience.

  • Must have experience working in a digital marketing environment.

Skills/Specialized Knowledge

  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of how current digital marketing channels function.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

  • Experience in managing PPC, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.

  • Familiarity with web design.

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills

  • Ability to read and interpret business intelligence data and other reporting tools.
