General Responsibilities:

As a Sales Enablement/Collateral Marketing Channel leader you will:

  • Be the product owner for sales enablement collateral

  • As the Sales Enablement/Collateral Channel Manager you will interface with our Content Studio and Marketing Strategy teams to develop, catalogue, and enable the use of collateral effectively across the Commercial Bank

  • Manage the Sales Enablement and Collateral channel technology platform – Seismic – including an innovation roadmap, vendor relationships and user training, as well as partner with technology and data teams on product architecture.

  • Set the Sales Enablement and Collateral strategic vision and lead road mapping, goal setting, story writing, project execution, market testing and roll-out strategy

  • Relentlessly push to understand the role of sales collateral in all stages of the customer buying journey by defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure and driving a test-and-learn agenda to validate innovation ideas that improve business outcomes.

  • Manage a team of marketers to deliver outstanding sales materials to enable bankers to effectively and efficiently customize our product offering to so solve our customers commercial banking needs.

  • Serve as the Sales Enablement and Collateral subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader, career guide and mentor to teams

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience

  • At least 7 years quantitative marketing background

  • At least 7 years’ experience with Marketing or Advertising

  • At least 7 years of experience using analytical tools such as Hootsuite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising

  • At least 10 years quantitative marketing background

  • At least 10 years’ experience with Marketing or Advertising

  • At least 10 years of experience using analytical tools such as Hootsuite
