Job Specs POSITION SUMMARY
Provide comprehensive office support to the Administrative Leadership staff to ensure the effective operation of the Department. Support the Chief Nursing Officer and Administrative Director of Operations through the performance of a wide range of complex secretarial duties. Promote the mission of the hospital in the community by acting as a liaison with groups utilizing meeting space and equipment.
High school graduate required
Five years or more prior secretarial/administrative assistant experience is preferred
Excellent customer service skills, communicates in a clear, pleasant manner to both internal and external customers.
Must be proficient in operation of a desktop PC, Microsoft Office products, facsimile, telephones, photocopier, audio/visual equipment, and other miscellaneous office equipment
Must be able to multi-task, and exhibit strong written communication skills
Must be able to work in an environment which is subject to many interruptions
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and good judgment in performing responsibilities
