The Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist will be responsible for co-managing/coordinating all projects and daily activities related to ChemTreat's ongoing digital marketing and analytics initiatives. This position will support the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives including website, blog content, e-marketing and social media. Additionally, responsible for helping to lead all sales-related software projects including development and release schedule, internal controls, requirements development, testing, user training & adoption, internal communications, and marketing.**
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES· Execute day-to-day digital initiatives that drive customer engagement and increase brand advocacy including, but not limited to, web site design, content development, campaigns, and SEO. · Extract demand generation potential, to include nurturing leads, managing lead dissemination to the sales force, and promoting follow-up on qualified leads in order to facilitate growth. · Work with the Digital Marketing Team and commercial teams to develop improved data management and analytical tools in support of improved sales operations. · Work with support and marketing teams to develop training and marketing materials for internal and external users. · Communicate priorities and schedules to cross-functional stakeholders for all digital projects. · Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties as required. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS * Technical knowledge: Skills: Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. Web-related experience in content development, SEO, and PPC. Analytics-related experience in data management, reporting & visualization, and software development & release processes. * Business knowledge: strategy development, written and oral communications, organizational behavior. Experience specific to the commercial operations of the water treatment industry a plus. * Required skills: interpersonal skills, teamwork & leadership, personal organization, prioritization, time management, project management, ability to field many ad hoc reporting requests and requirements, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ability to work in a high-pressure environment. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's degree (business management, marketing, computing & analytics, or related degree). * 2 years relevant experience; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience using data visualization and reporting software (e.g. Tableau, Spotfire, DOMO). * Experience developing analytical models using Excel and Visual Basic.
