Job Description

Smartronix, Inc., is an information technology and engineering solutions provider specializing in Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Health IT, Network Operations, and Mission-Focused Engineering. This is an administrative position supporting a government contract providing Rapid Engineering solutions. Qualified candidates are required to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills, excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, and excel in verbal and written communications; prior experience using Deltek Costpoint and MS SharePoint a plus. Candidates must be able to interpret verbal and written instructions and perform duties with limited supervision. The selected candidate will be expected to carry-out the following duties:

  • Create and submit Procurement Requests (PRs)

  • Initiate and Track Travel Authorization Request (TARs)

  • Initiate and Track Request to Initiate Purchase (RIPs )

  • Work closely with project leads and respond to requests

  • Attend meetings, take minutes and action items, distribute/post minutes and after actions, and track action items to completion.

  • Assist with editing, tracking and submission of Project Documentation

  • Review/edit technical reports and other CDRL documentation

  • Upload documentation to Program Share Drives and SharePoint

  • Assist with overall project documentation packages

  • Create templates, processes, and work flows, as applicable

  • Edit existing forms and templates

  • Backup for travel administrator

  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Required Experience

  • Prior experience using Deltek Costpoint and MS SharePoint a plus

  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
